Founded in 2018, Developing Diamonds Inc. is dedicated to empowering at-risk girls, ages 11-18, as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their potential. Through mentorship, life skills workshops, leadership development, and community engagement, we provide the tools and support these young women need to thrive. Our vision is a future where every girl has the confidence, resilience, and opportunities to build a bright, successful future. Through our programs and advocacy, we create a nurturing environment where girls can overcome adversity, embrace their strengths, and achieve their dreams.
